Our Florida Surf instructors are certified in CPR and First Aid and teach surfing safety guidelines. Of course, even though we are surrounded by water on all three sides by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, it does not always mean surf conditions are favorable 365 days a year. The oceans can go from flat to 3 foot plus in the blink of an eye! Don’t worry. We are usually able to tell at least 2-3 days in advance of surf conditions in our Cocoa Beach area.
